Previously known as the Sacramento Digital Inclusion Coalition (SCDI), the Capital Region Coalition for Digital Inclusion released the 2021 Action Plan as the roadmap to advance the the Coalition’s goals in three core areas: broadband access and adoption; hardware devices, and digital literacy and skills.

The Action Plan was developed with input from 100 community leaders and stakeholders engaged with the Coalition, and funding support from Morgan Family Foundation and Union Bank, along with new funding support from the region’s four Workforce Development Boards: Golden Sierra Job Training Agency, North Central Counties Consortium, Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA), and Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board.
